If your application is accepted, you will enter into NEARPS with a 90 day probationary period where you will be trained and evaluated for performance and level of dedication.  Do you understand that should you be found lacking in performance and/or dedication, your membership will be terminated?

Effective April 15, 2011 ALL new member applicants will be subject to a background check.  You will be expected to provide your Driver’s License number or Social Security number for this, but you will never be asked to provide them online.  For security reasons, these will be collected from you in person.  Do you agree to a background check as one of the conditions of your membership? The Northeast Arkansas Paranormal Society does not currently require a drug screen.  HOWEVER, the Board of Directors reserves the right to dismiss any member, immediately and permanently, who they feel is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any other mind altering drugs while on a NEARPS case or event of any kind even if prescribed by a doctor.  Do you understand and agree to our "No Alcohol or Drugs Rule" and do you further understand that you will be permanently dismissed if found to be in violation of this rule?  YES NO



MEMBERSHIP DUES


Paranormal investigations are provided free of charge to all clients. To help offset the costs of conducting these investigations and to purchase new equipment and supplies for the team, all members are required to pay dues in the amount of $5 a month. This can be paid in person or by check or postal money order to the address above if you are unable to attend a meeting.   Do you agree to pay dues of $5 a month as stated above?

I understand that by clicking submit I am applying for membership with the Northeast Arkansas Paranormal Society.  I hereby agree to abide by all Membership Guidelines and Obligations, Code of Conduct, and Bylaws set forth by the Board of Directors. I also understand that any rules infractions will lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. I also understand that my membership is voluntary and may be terminated, by me, or the Board of Directors at any time, for any reason.
