Security number for this, but you will never be asked to provide them
online. For security reasons, these will be collected from you in

| The Northeast Arkansas
Paranormal Society does not currently require a drug screen. HOWEVER,
the Board of Directors reserves the right to dismiss any member,
immediately and permanently, who they feel is under the influence of
alcohol, narcotics, or any other mind altering drugs while on a NEARPS
case or event of any kind even if prescribed by a doctor. Do
you understand and agree to our "No Alcohol or Drugs Rule" and do you
further understand that you will be permanently dismissed if found to be
in violation of this rule? |
