Private Residence #2 in Jonesboro, AR

This one sounded to us like it is saying "and now you know". All clips in this column are the same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
This one sounds like an entity saying "No" Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
This sounds like an entity saying "Bathroom"  
This sounds like one entity speaking to another, it even sounds like it may be calling her by name, although we couldn't make it out.  This is very loud and clear, which is very rare and sounds to us like "We can't say nothing, _____" Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
This sounds like a male entity saying "Cold Ones" Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
Here you hear a couple of investigators talking and then a "Coo" comes through while they are talking.  
Here please listen for a whispered "Hey" come in while investigator are talking.  
This one sounds like a male entity saying "I know how you are"  and sounds really strange at the end.  
This sounds like a female entity whispering and telling us "I'm watching"  
This seems like a very odd thing to be saying but "jacket not clearing" is what it sounds like to us.  
To us, this sounds like an entity whispering the name "Josh"  
On a happier note, this one sounds like an entity whispering "love you"  
This is an entity saying "Must really love that"  
Another entity saying "No"?  What do you think?  
This sounds like a drawn out whisper saying "No one"  
We never could figure out what was being said here.  All we know for sure is that it is not a member of the team that was present. Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
Please pardon the profanity but this sounds to us like an entity is whispering "Oh Shit" Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
This sounds like an entity whispering "Oh My"  
This is very unusual but it sounds like an entity calling one of our investigators the B word.  "Rebecca's a bitch"  Again, please excuse the profanity, but we call like we....well in this case hear them. Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.
This is an entity whispering "Right"  then a pause and then "Yeah"  
This sounds like someone saying the name "Walter"  and we know it was none of us!  
This sounds like a female entity saying "What?"  
This sounds like someone whispering "Whisper __ No"  Could it be that this particular entity was paying attention when I told an investigator trainee not to whisper earlier in the night and explained to her why?  Glad someone was listening to me! Same as the clip to the left but with noise removed.

With the evidence we have available, it is hard to determine the type of activity present.   We would hazard a guess at intelligent.  While we would love to do a follow up investigation, recent attempts to contact this client have been unsuccessful, therefore:
